" Over Cup Of Coffee ": dressing

At last.. hari jumaat yang ditunggu-tunggu tibaaa jugak!

Ok so.. I don't normally post about my daily life in this blog because that'd probably get boring as my life is pretty boring. However today was so assiduous I just to have post about it. It all started with going to work this morning. I knew my boss wasn't going to be in today so I took upon myself to issue a dress down Friday and parted from my normal business casual attire.

You know how they say it's to be over dressed than under and I sole heartedly agree in this situation. (perhatian: saya pakai baju lip lap lip lap hari no woo..!) hehe
Like always I left my house at 7:40 am to be to work at my start time of 8:00am (notice something weird here? i mean jarak dari rumah saya ke pejabat saya kalau ikut ukuran orang lama-lama is "habis 7 batang rokok baru sampai office") nahh... i dont smoke ok. Sampai office i treat myself cure from sleepiness with a cup of hot nescafe 3 in one. yep as i mention, i'm a caffeine addict.I must have one cup before start keja.baru segar sikit.

I just finished with raya season so I didn't feel like working much.tho' i didn't take any cuti, well.. i'm the only one yang tingal di office...

I havent mark my student assignment.Yet they keep SMSing me berapa derang dpt utk Midterm lagi, which saya baru sentuh separuh.. huisyy.. all this makes me wanna hantuk my kapala di dinding. sabar itu separuh dari iman.. :)

Around 2 o'clock i realized i forgot to take lunch and developed a perfect craving for the Nasi Ayam Juara (Kingfishers famous nasi ayam).

Now, wheres the interesting part of my Friday i mention earlier.. saya tidak tersengaja terbaca minit mesyuarat our boss, and what i saw making me whistling all day long. i don't wanna mention it here but since you insist ( ? ).. well its about my promotion.. hehehe! about 4 o'clock, my boss came in and ask me to come to his room.. asking about my position now.. guess what? he found out saya ada buat permohonan as a researcher officer! hah! how the heck did he found out? serba salah a bit, then rasa terharu and sikit mau nangis bila he said " boleh you consider dulu sebelum terima jawatan di unit tu?. (he said that kalau boleh saya stay here because he saw me as one of most promising employee) :P because the boss (the one tempat saya apply tu) said that saya candidates paling dia suka. well.. of coz i knew that. i know the boss.. he's the one asking me to fill in the post. The thing is, i want the bigger post and big salary. maybe i consider staying here.. and just wait for durian runtuh (or kucing bertanduk?) or just accept the thing yang sudah ada depan mata.

Mesti orang tertanya-tanya kenapa sy still ragu-ragu mau terima jawatan baru tu kan? well, mari saya terangkan sikit-sikit pasal ini post. post ni hanyalah jawatan kontrak. Unit tempat saya apply post tu mendapat tender besar untuk menguruskan beberapa projek mega yang melibatkan MULTIMEDIA SUPER CORRIDOR (M.S.C.) di Sabah. Di jangka bahawa projek ini akan berjalan selama beberapa tahun dan kemungkinan akan berakhir pada 2025. Sebaik sahaja projek itu berakhir maka berakhir juga karier saya sebagai research officer.kecuali kalau ada projek yang besar lagi....so i have to gamble my life, my kehidupan, my future? Compare to my current post, and the post yang saya sedang tunggu sekarang, memanglah post saya sekarang lebih stabil and menjanjikan masa depan yang cerah...what do you think?? bingungg..!
