"Beginners' photography"

Beginners' photography doesn't have to be difficult. I am a beginners' armature photographer.. i enjoy these hobby so far..and we don't need to be an expert to take that perfect shoot. I'm not!

And if you already are an expert, perhaps what follows may help you pass your own knowledge on to others.

I'll admit it right away - I am not a great photographer, but I do manage to take memorable photographs because one, I ask for advice (a lot of it) and two, I get really good equipment and learn how to use it.

Yes. when i say "i get really equipment and learn how to use it" it means that i do really got good equipment ( as an amateur). I'm a DSLR owner. I own Nikon D90 and now learning how to use it. I agree with the quote.. owning a DSLR doesn't make you a photographer. It makes you a DSLR owner..

It was your shoot that makes you a  photographer...

But come to think of it, owning one, using it, and then learning from the process in such a way that you're consistent with the quality... technique inhalation etc, etc will soon makes you a pro..

Taking a photo a day will make you a better photographer. Using your camera every day will help you learn its limits. You will get better at composing your shots, you’ll start to care about lighting, and you’ll become more creative with your photography when you’re forced to come up with something new every single day.

Mind you, I like taking photo of a simple thing.. by simple I mean like a cup of my morning coffee...a paper clip on my desk board , flowers in my moms garden..you know, simple things i stumble into everyday..

For me FULL HOUSE (download here if interested) is the most amazing and beautiful korean-drama I've ever watched!   well..many might say that Lee Young Jae and Han Ji Eun are the greatest love team ever.But for me, i rather if Han Ji Eun end up with Yoo Min Hyuk.. why? just watch the drama and you will know why i prefer it that way :-)

The theme songs fit the drama and the story line is amazing..the Lyric above is frequently played in this drama and at certain time, it nearly makes me cry...listen Full House-Why - Un Myung.mp3 here

Usia perkenalan kami sudah masuk tahun ke 2...

dah banyak peristiwa suka dan duka kami lalui bersama

wang ringgit apa tah lg, (x t'kira banyak nya)

masa saya boleh di katakan bersama dia saja tiap² ari

setiap pagi tgh hari dan kadang malam..

tidak lupa juga, tiap² ari saya belanja dia minum

saya jaga dia bagai 'menatang minyak yg penuh'

yang best pasal dia, kemana saya mau pegi dia ikut akur..

saya x penah menduakan dia.. betul!

Selepas 2 hari bercuti sempena Krismas + sabtu +ahad = 4 hari kesemuanya, saya telah merungut kerana kurang tidur , penat dan terlalu banyak tekanan dalam hidup.. saya jadi malu sendiri dgn perasaan jujur yang lahir dari hati yang suci bersih (heheheheh) kerana ternyata kerja saya di opis bukanla banyak sgt hujung2 tahun ni.... setelah menelaah beberapa teks rujukan dan berfikir panjang, akhirnya saya jumpa sebab kenapa ianya berlaku :

keletihan kerana terlebih kerja... tau kenapa?

Di bawah ini saya akan tunjukkan kenapa saya mempunyai beban kerja yang lebih dan ianya adalah benar dan bukan rekaan semata-mata ya..:

Populasi penduduk Malaysia sekarang adalah 23 juta orang (anggaran shj).

1.7 juta darinya sudah bersara.

Jadi tinggal 21.3 juta orang.

1.3 juta pula adalah golongan kanak² bawah 6 tahun.

Jadi tinggal 20 juta orang.

Dari 20 juta ini, 7 juta masih belajar (tadika, sekolah, kolej,

universiti dll).

Jadi tinggal 13 juta orang yang boleh buat kerja.

Dari 13 juta ini, 5 juta orang adalah pekerja kerajaan yang 'pergi kerja tapi tak buat kerja'.

Jadi tinggal 8 juta orang yang boleh buat kerja.

Tolak 3 juta orang yang duduk dalam hutan (tentera darat) pasal

diorang nie nak kerja macam mana... tinggal dalam hutan.

sudah tinggal 5 juta orang yang boleh buat kerja....

Dari jumlah itu, tolak 2.7 juta orang yang menganggur dan tidak kerja, suri rumah, orang² tua, fresh universiti student, kena buang kerja dll.

Tinggallah 2.3 juta orang yang boleh buat kerja.

Dari jumlah ini, sebanyak 1,215,512 orang dilaporkan sakit dan kini

berada di dalam hospital di seluruh Malaysia (tak kiralah hospital swasta ke atau hospital kerajaan dan ini termasuklah hospital gila).

sudah tinggal 1,084,488 orang yang boleh buat kerja....

Sekarang ini mengikut bancian terkini, terdapat 1,084,486 orang di dalam penjara dan Pusat Serenti di seluruh negara.

Jadi sudah tinggal 2 orang yang boleh buat kerja...

Dan 2 orang itu adalah kamo dan saya....

Dari 2 orang ini...

kamo SEKARANG INI masih duduk depan komputer, bukak blog, berfacebook, main internet, main games, reading jokes, membaca email, main chat dan tidak buat kerja langsung... jadi tinggallah saya sorang yang buat kerja dalam Malaysia nie...

Mana saya X letih!!

Jadi sedarlah skit kamo....

tik tok tik tok.. sedar tidak sedar.. we are at the end of March.. i never even had the chance to write about my so called "azam baru" which is sebenarnya azam lama yang di perbaharui. tolong la! for your information, i dont think i have achieve anything trough-out the year of 2008 kecuali gaining some weight and add a much bigger number on my age.. huhu~ thats right! sadly i have to admit that i am a pathetic person..

Semua itu baru separuh yang belaku sepanjang tiga bulan usia 2009.. dan itu juga baru separuh daripada peristiwa yang berlaku di tanah air.. Dunia? hairan kan? tiba-tiba saya bercakap pasal politik? acctually, i am not a big fan of a politic talk! dan sejujurnya saya mengaku, yang saya ni ni belum lagi pernah mengundi.. no no, don't get me wrong, bukan niat saya tidak mau jalankan tanggung jawab sebagai warga negara, tapi saya pun tidak tau siapa yang mau di undi..
sejak akhir-akhirnya saya sering mengikuti perkembangan politik negara (mungkin sebab saya dikelilingi oleh rakan sekerja celik politik) ini dan semuanya membuatkan saya merasa betapa pincang politik negara kita.. Saya melihat cara pentadbiran kerajaan sekarang lebih bersikap "looking forward" dan bukannya "forward looking". "Looking forward" lebih kepada mengharapkan yang bulat datang bergolek, yang pipis datang melayang. Untung sabut timbul, untung batu tenggelam. Kerajaan tidak boleh mengurus negeri dengan cara ini. Sebaliknya, ia hendaklah bersikap "forward looking" iaitu merancang untuk masa depan.

mm...maybe thats enough about politic.. renung-renungkan, dan selamat meramal.....

At last.. hari jumaat yang ditunggu-tunggu tibaaa jugak!

Ok so.. I don't normally post about my daily life in this blog because that'd probably get boring as my life is pretty boring. However today was so assiduous I just to have post about it. It all started with going to work this morning. I knew my boss wasn't going to be in today so I took upon myself to issue a dress down Friday and parted from my normal business casual attire.

You know how they say it's to be over dressed than under and I sole heartedly agree in this situation. (perhatian: saya pakai baju lip lap lip lap hari no woo..!) hehe
Like always I left my house at 7:40 am to be to work at my start time of 8:00am (notice something weird here? i mean jarak dari rumah saya ke pejabat saya kalau ikut ukuran orang lama-lama is "habis 7 batang rokok baru sampai office") nahh... i dont smoke ok. Sampai office i treat myself cure from sleepiness with a cup of hot nescafe 3 in one. yep as i mention, i'm a caffeine addict.I must have one cup before start keja.baru segar sikit.

I just finished with raya season so I didn't feel like working much.tho' i didn't take any cuti, well.. i'm the only one yang tingal di office...

I havent mark my student assignment.Yet they keep SMSing me berapa derang dpt utk Midterm lagi, which saya baru sentuh separuh.. huisyy.. all this makes me wanna hantuk my kapala di dinding. sabar itu separuh dari iman.. :)

Around 2 o'clock i realized i forgot to take lunch and developed a perfect craving for the Nasi Ayam Juara (Kingfishers famous nasi ayam).

Now, wheres the interesting part of my Friday i mention earlier.. saya tidak tersengaja terbaca minit mesyuarat our boss, and what i saw making me whistling all day long. i don't wanna mention it here but since you insist ( ? ).. well its about my promotion.. hehehe! about 4 o'clock, my boss came in and ask me to come to his room.. asking about my position now.. guess what? he found out saya ada buat permohonan as a researcher officer! hah! how the heck did he found out? serba salah a bit, then rasa terharu and sikit mau nangis bila he said " boleh you consider dulu sebelum terima jawatan di unit tu?. (he said that kalau boleh saya stay here because he saw me as one of most promising employee) :P because the boss (the one tempat saya apply tu) said that saya candidates paling dia suka. well.. of coz i knew that. i know the boss.. he's the one asking me to fill in the post. The thing is, i want the bigger post and big salary. maybe i consider staying here.. and just wait for durian runtuh (or kucing bertanduk?) or just accept the thing yang sudah ada depan mata.

Mesti orang tertanya-tanya kenapa sy still ragu-ragu mau terima jawatan baru tu kan? well, mari saya terangkan sikit-sikit pasal ini post. post ni hanyalah jawatan kontrak. Unit tempat saya apply post tu mendapat tender besar untuk menguruskan beberapa projek mega yang melibatkan MULTIMEDIA SUPER CORRIDOR (M.S.C.) di Sabah. Di jangka bahawa projek ini akan berjalan selama beberapa tahun dan kemungkinan akan berakhir pada 2025. Sebaik sahaja projek itu berakhir maka berakhir juga karier saya sebagai research officer.kecuali kalau ada projek yang besar lagi....so i have to gamble my life, my kehidupan, my future? Compare to my current post, and the post yang saya sedang tunggu sekarang, memanglah post saya sekarang lebih stabil and menjanjikan masa depan yang cerah...what do you think?? bingungg..!

So.. I've finally updated my blog.. after how many month.. 12 months? or more? how 'pemalas' of me.. he he..

Lately, i felt very lazy. I'm lazy doing anything.. i stop hanging out wif my fren or my colleague. i stop reading.. hell.. i stop doing anything. i felt like there is small part inside of me dying ..felt useless.. i don't know why..?
Now, i managed typing few words on this blog...writing and rambling about how lost i felt. I'm trying to lighten up my boring days and night, see how far i can drag myself into rebuilding new happy life.. ;)


p/s: hope there will be more progress in my thesis writing... plzz help me!!
